Plaice rolls in bacon coat

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 100 ml Broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 4-5 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS ripened cream
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 Plaice fillets (approx. 75 g each)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 8 Shit. Bacon

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, boil in water for about 20 minutes

    Mix vinegar, stock, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in 3 tablespoons of oil. Wash dill and chop finely. Stir in with the cream

    Quench the potatoes, peel and cool. Wash tomatoes and cucumber. Peel and halve the onion. Cut everything into slices. Mix it with the sauce and let it stand for a while

    Wash the fillets, pat dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave to draw a little. Season with pepper and possibly some salt. Place on 1 slice of bacon, roll up and pin

    Heat the remaining oil. Fry the rolls in it for about 10 minutes. Add potato salad

    Drink: cold beer
