Shrimp pan with parsley

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g raw shrimps (without head, with shell)
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt and pepper

Directions

    Wash the prawns, dab dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Wash lemon hot, dry and cut into slices. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop coarsely.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes, turning them over. Fry garlic and lemon for about 1 minute.

    Season prawns with salt and pepper. Stir in parsley. Baguette tastes good with it.
