Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until brown, take them out and let them cool down. Wash, clean and dice the tomatoes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them diagonally into rings. Quarter sausages lengthwise and cut into pieces
Sprinkle a work surface with some water. Place baking paper on top, dust lightly with flour. Unroll the pizza dough and turn over onto the baking parchment. Remove the baking parchment on which the dough was rolled out. Cover dough with tomatoes, spring onions, sausage and pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble cheese over it. Roll up the pizza dough from the long side, cut open several times on 1 side up to the middle. Place the roll with the cut sides facing outwards to form a ring, press the ends together slightly. Place on a baking tray with the baking paper. Dust the ring lightly with flour
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes until brown. Take out the pizza ring and serve. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with créme fraîche
