Unroll the pizza dough with the baking paper on a baking tray and let it rest for 10 minutes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Heat oil in a pan. Steam spring onions for about 2 minutes.
Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper and spread on the dough. Spread the spring onions and ham nuggets on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 10-12 minutes.
Remove, cut into pieces and garnish with rosemary.
