Ingredients

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar pearls

Directions

    Mix mascarpone, coconut milk and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold 2 tablespoons of cream into the cream, fill the rest of the cream into a piping bag with star-shaped spout

    Spread the cream into flat, wide glasses. Spray the cream in tuffs in a ring shape onto the cream. Spread advocaat into the cream wreaths. Sprinkle cream with sugar pearls
