Unroll the dough and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. First spread the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano. Then cover with mozzarella, Parma ham and onion rings. Drizzle olive oil over it and season with pepper
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. In the meantime, clean and wash the rocket and drain well. Remove the pizza from the oven, spread the rocket on top and serve immediately
