Ingredients

  • 100 g Hoof steak
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1/4 yellow pepper
  • 5–6 Mushrooms
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 6-7 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 2 Wheat pita bags
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Brush a small pan with oil, heat it up. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes while turning it, season with salt and pepper, take it out

    Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into small cubes, mix with tomato paste, season with a little salt and pepper. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean and trim the mushrooms. Peel onion and cut into strips. Clean, wash and cut broccoli into florets. Cut big florets smaller

    Wash the coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks, except for something to sprinkle, chop finely. Spread tomato sauce on the pita breads, sprinkle with chopped coriander. Spread the meat, mushrooms, broccoli and peppers on top. Dice the mozzarella, spread on the pizzas

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Remove the pizzas, sprinkle with coriander leaves
