Clean and wash the zucchini and cut or slice lengthwise into fine strips. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Drain tuna and tear into thin slices. Drain the olives.
Unroll the pizza dough on the baking paper and place on a baking tray. Spread tomato sauce on the dough and sprinkle with herbs. Spread mozzarella, tuna, olives and zucchini on top. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see
manufacturer) Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with pepper.
