Unroll the pizza dough on the tray (approx. 32 x 38 cm) and
a little bit apart. Spread the sauce on it
Stone olives if necessary. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Spread both on the dough. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it. In the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/
circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) bake for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown
Clean the arugula, wash it. Cut the ham in half lengthwise. Wrap 1 ham strip around each of the rocket leaves. Cut the pizza into 16-20 pieces and arrange with the rolls
