  • 1 pack of (600 g) Pizza dough with tomato sauce (a. d. Kühlregal; for B. von Aldi)
  • 7-10 Tbsp substitute 6 plates of puff pastry
  • 7-10 Tbsp + 200 g strained tomatoes
  • 100 g black olives
  • 2-3 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 100 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 8 discs Parma ham

Directions

    Unroll the pizza dough on the tray (approx. 32 x 38 cm) and

    Stone olives if necessary. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Spread both on the dough. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it. In the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/

    Clean the arugula, wash it. Cut the ham in half lengthwise. Wrap 1 ham strip around each of the rocket leaves. Cut the pizza into 16-20 pieces and arrange with the rolls
