Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 1/2 cube (21 g) Yeast
  • 200 g Chanterelles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried basil
  • 2 small red onions
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g Rocket
  • 4 discs Parma ham
  • 30 g Parmesan slicer
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Put the flour in a bowl and press a depression in the middle. Dissolve the yeast in 4 tablespoons of lukewarm water and pour into the hollow. Mix with some flour from the edge to a pre-dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Wash and clean the mushrooms and cut them in half depending on their size. Heat 100-125 ml water lukewarm.

    Add 1 pinch of salt, oil and lukewarm water to the pre-dough and knead until smooth. Form into 2 balls and let them rise again covered for about 30 minutes. Mix tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of water. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and dried herbs. Peel onions and cut into strips. Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Roll out the dough balls on a floured work surface (approx. 25 cm Ø) and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Spread with the tomato sauce. Cover with mushrooms, onions and cheese. Bake the pizzas one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.

    Peel onions and cut into strips. Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Roll out the dough balls on a floured work surface (approx. 25 cm Ø) and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Spread with the tomato sauce. Cover with mushrooms, onions and cheese. Bake the pizzas one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and spin dry the rocket. Cover the finished pizzas with rocket, ham and parmesan slices
