Ingredients

  • 250 g strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 green and red peppers
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 1 pack of Pizza dough base mix (2 bags of 230 g each)
  • 80 g Baguette Salami in slices
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Season the strained tomatoes with salt, pepper and sugar. Cut the peppers into quarters, remove the seeds and wash them. Cut out one moon and many stars. Drain the corn. Mix the baking mixture and 250 ml lukewarm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Grease a baking tray (32 x 38 cm) and dust with flour. Roll out the dough on it and form a 1 cm wide rim.

    Spread tomato sauce evenly on the dough. Form a sun in the middle of the corn. Spread salami, stars and moons evenly around it. Grate the cheese and sprinkle evenly over the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven and serve immediately
