Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 4 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper
  • 1 medium sized onion (e.g. red)
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 250 g Mountain cheese or Tilsiter
  • 250 g Allgäu Emmental
  • 150 g green and blue seedless grapes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Walnut kernels

Directions

    Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper well. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and chop the chives. Cut cheese into sticks. Wash grapes, cut in half. Chop nuts coarsely. Mix everything with marinade.
