Ingredients

  • 2 Duck breast fillets (700-800 g)
  • 500 g Fillet of beef
  • 500 g Pork tenderloin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 18 long wooden shashlik skewers

Directions

    Dip shish kebabs with the lower third (pointed side) in oil and allow to drain. Wash duck breast, dab dry and cut lengthwise into thin (0.4-0.5 cm) strips.

    Put 1 strip on each skewer in a wavy shape. Wash the beef and pork fillet, dab dry and cut into cubes. Keep meat and skewers cold until serving.
