Peel the shrimps, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines. Wash the shrimps and dab them dry. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix oil, peri-peri oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Leave the shrimps to simmer for about 15 minutes.
The longer they soak, the sharper they become! Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Put the prawns with a little parsley on skewers and cook them on the hot grill for about 5 minutes or put them into a hot pan. Fry for approx. 5 minutes while turning, add parsley and fry for another 2 minutes until nice and hot and serve
