Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chilli pepper, grate dry, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Fennel wash, clean, halve and cut into thin slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot and sauté the onion.
Add chilli and fennel and fry for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain the beans, add to the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the sausage into slices. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of sausage until crispy. Drain the noodles. Mix the noodles with the sauce and the sausage slices and arrange on plates
