Pear quark in rolled ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Pear halves (from the can)
  • 1 Bed Cress
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 2 discs (60 g each) cooked ham
  • several sheets Oak leaf salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Drain the pears on a sieve. Collect the juice. Cut 2 halves into thin slices to garnish. Dice remaining pear halves. Cut off the cress briefly. Put something aside for sprinkling.

    Mix curd, cress, pear cubes, 2 tablespoons of juice, salt and sugar. Put a slice of ham on foil. Spread half the pear quark on top. Roll up firmly with the help of the foil. Freeze for about 10 minutes.

    Prepare the second roll of ham in the same way. Wash and drain the salad. Cut the rolls into slices. Arrange on the salad leaves. Garnish with pear wedges and cress.
