Ingredients

  • 150 g Brie cheese
  • 150 g Roquefort cheese
  • 5 Pears
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (in their own juice from the glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Walnut oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Cut the cheese into very fine slices. Wash the pears and cut them also very thinly. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash thyme and chop finely.

    Mix cranberries, thyme, vinegar and oil. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and pink berries. Arrange pears and cheese on a plate. Serve sprinkled with the marinade
