Ingredients

  • 1 Pckg. (450 g; 6 rectangular slices) frozen puff pastry
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Peaches
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Spread the slices of dough and allow to thaw. Drain peaches and cut into slices. Cut the slices in half crosswise, sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on each and press it lightly into the dough with a rolling pin. Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper

    Place peach slices in the middle of the dough, spread with smooth jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake one after the other in the preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for about 12 minutes. Dust with icing sugar. Serve hot or cold. Serve with ice cream
