  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 35 g Wild garlic
  • 175 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 Organic Lemon

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the radishes. Wash the wild garlic, shake dry and chop finely. Season butter with pepper, salt and paprika. Add the radishes, lemon peel and wild garlic. Arrange in a small bowl.
