Pasta salad with smoked trout

Ingredients

  • 250 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 120 g Gherkins
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 glass (370 ml; separation weight: 190 g) Silver Onions
  • 2 sour apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 250 g smoked trout fillet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 100 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 4-6 Tbsp Orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple slices

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain. In the meantime cut gherkins into thin slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Drain silver onions. Wash, quarter, core and remove apples. Dice the flesh finely and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash the dill and pluck flags from the stems.

    Mix noodles, cucumber, leek and silver onion and dill. Divide trout fillets into bite-sized pieces and fold in carefully. Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and ketchup for the sauce. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper and orange juice. Serve the salad garnished with apple slices. Add sauce extra
