Pasta salad with pesto

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 500 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Peppers (e.g. red)
  • 100 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 200 g small tomatoes
  • 1 big onion
  • 4-6 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 4-6 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Pesto (glass)
  • 100 g black olives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Clean and wash the peppers and rocket. Wash the tomatoes. Cut everything into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion

    Drain the pasta and let it cool down a little. Mix vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and oil well. Stir in pesto and onion. Loosely mix all prepared salad ingredients, olives and pesto vinaigrette and serve
