Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 500 g Noodles (for B. Penne) salt, pepper, sweet paprika
  • 1 glass (720 ml) "roasted peppers, mild sweet-and-sour"
  • 7-10 Tbsp or 2 glasses (370 ml each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato-Paprika
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 50 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp to garnish

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Drain the peppers. Peel garlic, chop coarsely. Clean, wash and chop the chilli. Puree all the chillies and almonds with the hand mixer. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Stir in oil

    Drain the pasta and let it cool down. Mix with the sauce. Garnish if necessary
