Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 400 g Loop noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 3 medium yellow peppers
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and drain well. In the meantime peel and finely chop the onion. Mix minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Form small meatballs. Fry in hot oil while turning for about 5 minutes. Let cool off. In the meantime, wash and slice the radishes. Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber into slices. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into small pieces. Stir yoghurt, mayonnaise and cream until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix prepared salad ingredients and half of the sauce. Cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Season again. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Pour the rest of the sauce and chives over the salad and serve
