Ingredients

  • 400 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bad Reichenhaller brand iodine salt with fluoride and folic acid
  • 300 g small tomatoes
  • 75 g Rocket
  • 100 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 150 g green olives (seedless)
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 8 (à 2 g) Sticks Grissini
  • 8 discs Parma ham (about 10 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Put the noodles in boiling salted water and cook for about 11 minutes. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters as desired. Clean and wash the rocket and drain well in a sieve. For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Pour the pasta into a sieve, rinse and drain well.

    Mix the pasta, olives, tomatoes, rocket and vinaigrette. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Coarsely crumble the feta cheese. Wrap Grissini with Parma ham. Serve salad sprinkled with feta cheese and garnished with basil. Serve Grissini extra
