Pasta ham omelette with garden salad

Ingredients

  • 100 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g cooked ham (thicker slice)
  • 1 Gherkin
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain well. In the meantime wash and chop the parsley. Beat the eggs and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cut ham and cucumber into cubes. For the salad clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion, cut into thin rings. Whip vinegar and 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the tomatoes and onion rings with the marinade. Heat the remaining oil in a small pan. Mix spaghetti, ham and cucumber cubes and fry briefly. Pour beaten eggs over it and let it set while turning carefully.
