Pasta-bean pan with sesame seeds in chili sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 600 g French beans
  • 6 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Peanut kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean and wash the beans and boil them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop.

    Drain the pasta in a sieve and let it drain well. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the noodles and peanuts for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Drain the beans and add them to the noodles about 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

    Season with sesame and chilli sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
