Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g various pasta (e.g. gnocchi pasta and spaghetti)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 500 g ripe tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 bunch/pot of basil
  • 4 Stem(s) or 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 100 g Salami in thin slices (e.g. Milan salami)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Mozzarella

Directions

    Cook the pasta in 4-5 l boiling salted water (approx. 1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet. (Attention! The noodles must have the same cooking time. If not, add the noodles with the shorter cooking time later).

    Wash and coarsely dice the tomatoes. Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions into strips, chop garlic finely. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop coarsely.

    Drain the pasta. Heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the onions and garlic in it. Add the salami and fry briefly. Fold in the noodles and fry for 3-4 minutes while turning. Stir in tomatoes, cream and herbs.

    Simmer everything for 2-3 minutes.

    Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Season pasta pan with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese on the pasta and let it melt.
