Party pan with mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 2 Onions, 1 garlic clove
  • 500 g pork sausage, 1 egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp pepper, salt, 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 2 TEASPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 kg small mushrooms
  • 500 g pork sausage, 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Tomatoes
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon juice, sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Knead ground pork, egg, some pepper, marjoram and tomato paste. Form into small balls. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Remove sausage from skin and cut into slices

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meatballs and sausage in it until brown in portions. Take out

    Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in portions in the frying fat. Fry the mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Sauté onions and garlic in the frying fat. Add tomatoes together with juice and 300 ml water, chop tomatoes coarsely. Add meatballs, sausage, mushrooms and bay leaf, bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 15 minutes.

    Stir in the cream. Season party pan with salt, pepper, lemon juice and 1 pinch of sugar and garnish. Tastes good with farmhouse bread
