Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (500 g) Bread mix "Farmer's crust" (with yeast and sourdough)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Spelt whole grain meal
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 50 g Soft cheese with green peppercorns (double cream level)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Roasted onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead the baking mix and 340 ml lukewarm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover the yeast dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then knead the dough again with your hands. Form 2 rolls from the dough and cut into 33 equally sized pieces. Form pieces into balls. Place 32 balls in the shape of grapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Roll out the remaining ball thinly on a well floured work surface. Cut out 2-3 leaves and form a branch. Score the grain of the leaves with a knife. Place the twig on the grape. Decorate with leaves. Let the grape rest for another 40 minutes. Spread with olive oil and sprinkle with gristle. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Place on a cake rack and let it cool down. Grate pepper cheese for the herb butter. Knead with 125 g butter. Season with salt.

Fill butter into bowls and serve with the party bread
