False hare with cheese skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1.5 kg mixed minced meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 200 g green and blue grapes
  • 100 g Silver Onions
  • 300 g Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp small skewers

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Boil eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and peel. Peel and finely dice onions. Squeeze the bread roll well. Knead minced meat, bread roll, diced onions, mustard and tomato paste.

    Season with salt and pepper. Shape for frying, placing the eggs in the middle. Put them on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 1/2 hours.

    For the cheese cubes, drain the grapes and pluck them from the stems. Drain the silver onions. Cut the cheese into cubes. Put the cheese with the grapes and onions on skewers. Serve the roast with the skewers.
