Parsley and Orange Topping

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 500 ml Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 Organic Orange

Directions

    Wash parsley, shake dry and pluck leaves. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry parsley in it for a few seconds. Lift out with a skimmer and let it drip off on kitchen paper.

    Wash the orange, rub dry and peel 1/2 orange in zests. Use the rest of the orange for other purposes. Mix parsley and orange zests loosely and serve with soup.
