Paprika minced steak with herb dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 80 g Beefsteak mince (Tatar)
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 125 g Magerquark
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sparkling mineral water
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS frozen herbs
  • 1 (50 g) Ciabatta buns

Directions

    Peel and halve the onion. Dice half finely, cut the rest into strips. Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut zucchini and tomatoes into slices or wedges. Dice paprika very finely

    Knead minced meat, 1 tablespoon quark, breadcrumbs, diced onions and peppers. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Form a minced steak from this

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the minced steak for 3-4 minutes on each side

    Stir 125 g quark, mineral water and herbs until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Take out and cover the steak. Fry onion strips, zucchini and tomatoes in hot frying fat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything
