  • 1 red and yellow peppers (approx. 250 g each)
  • 2 (approx. 60 g) Spring onions
  • 50 g Feta cheese (30 % fat in dry matter)
  • 2-3 tablespoons (10 g each) Lemon vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and spring onions. Dice the bell peppers and cut the spring onions into small diagonal pieces. Dice feta. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Whip oil into it. Mix prepared ingredients and marinade. Serve garnished with thyme
