Ingredients

  • 500 g colourful peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 75 g Sheep's cheese light 8 % fat
  • 4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 (approx. 100 g) Salad heart
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers. Leave 2 halves in the piece. Cut the remaining peppers into small pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, drain. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.

    Wash and finely chop the basil. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Mix basil, garlic and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in oil. Mix paprika pieces, feta cheese and marinade. Clean and wash the lettuce heart and pluck it into pieces. Fill the pepper halves with the plucked salad and marinated ingredients. Serve garnished with basil.
