Whisk the eggs, 1 pinch of salt, milk and flour with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Wash the marjoram, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Heat the oil in portions in a frying pan. Bake 4 pancakes one after the other. Cover with marjoram leaves before turning.
Season cream cheese with salt and pepper and mix well. Spread the pancakes with cream cheese and roll them up. Cut diagonally into pieces and arrange. Garnish with remaining marjoram
