Melt the butter. Mix milk, sugar, salt, flour and butter to a smooth dough. Stir in the egg. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes. Wash the strawberries and blueberries. Decorate, clean and quarter all but one strawberries.
Raspberries and blueberries selected. Brush a coated pan (approx. 18 cm Ø) with oil. Put 1/4 of the dough into the pan. Turn the pancakes after about 2 minutes and fry them again for about 2 minutes.
Take out and bake 3 more pancakes in the same way. Layer the pancakes, curd cheese and berries to a tower, dust with icing sugar.
