Pancake tower with curd cream and berries

Ingredients

  • 10 g Butter
  • 75-100 ml Milk
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 400 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor" (without cooking)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Melt the butter. Mix milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, flour and butter to a smooth dough. Stir in egg. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes. Wash the strawberries and blueberries. Decorate, clean and quarter all but one strawberries.

    Raspberries and blueberries selected. Mix quark, 2 tablespoons sugar and sauce powder. Grease a coated pan (approx. 18 cm Ø) with oil. Put 1/4 of the dough into the pan. Turn the pancakes after about 2 minutes and fry them again for another 2 minutes.

    Take out and bake 3 more pancakes in the same way. Layer the pancakes, curd cheese and berries to a tower, dust with icing sugar.
