Mix eggs, milk, salt and flour to a smooth dough. Bake two golden yellow pancakes from the dough in hot fat. Let them cool down. Wash the salad and chives and pat dry. Cut the chives into small rolls. Put two salad leaves on each pancake. Spread with the chicken salad. Sprinkle chives rolls over it and roll up. Cut each into 6 slices and stick together with wooden skewers
