Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan with a lid. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. In the meantime peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Add everything to the mince and fry briefly.
Stir in tomatoes, cream cheese and 2 cups (500 ml) of water. Bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Break the lasagne sheets roughly and spread them in the mince. Simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
Spread the Gouda and Mozzarella on the lasagne and simmer covered for another 5 minutes. Wash the basil, remove the leaves and sprinkle over the lasagne.
