Overnight oats with fruit

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 40 g Oatmeal
  • 100 ml Soy drink nature (e.g. from Alpro)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS vegetable yoghurt alternative (e.g. from Alpro)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 5 Raspberries

Directions

    Mix the oat flakes with the soy drink and the vegetable yoghurt alternative in a bowl or glass.

    Cut the banana into bite-sized pieces and layer on the remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cover all ingredients and place in the refrigerator for one night.
