Ingredients

  • 2.5 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp fleur de sel

Directions

    Halve 2.5 kg of cherry tomatoes, spread them on three baking trays lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with fleur de sel. Dry in the oven with circulating air (100 °C) with the oven door slightly open for about 6 hours. Replace the trays every 2 hours. Store in a cool and dark place.
