Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 3-4 medium zucchini
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g mixed mince
  • 1 TABLESPOON Curry
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Cumin
  • 10-12 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Almond kernels (with skin)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Raisins

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the zucchini and slice or slice them thinly

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the zucchini in it. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry onion and garlic briefly. Sauté curry and cumin. Add cream, simmer briefly and season to taste

    Roughly chop the almonds. Wash and drain the raisins. Add both to the zucchini and braise for another 3-4 minutes. Season to taste again

    Mint yoghurt and flatbread taste good with it

    Drink: mineral water
