Mole Poblano - Turkey in chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 75 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Tabasco
  • 750 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 20 g Sesame seed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomato, cut out the stem base and make a light cross incision on the opposite side. Pour boiling water over the tomato, let it stand for a short time, rinse and peel the skin. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic

    Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic for about 6 minutes. After about 4 minutes add tomatoes and stock. Grate the chocolate coating, add to the stock, heat and dissolve while stirring. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Fry the meat for about 10 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Mix meat and sauce. Arrange on plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with coriander. Basmati rice tastes good with it
