Fiery turkey skewers with salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 450 g Turkey breast, 3 onions
  • 1 garlic clove, red tabasco
  • 4 TABLESPOONS olive oil, pepper, salt
  • 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 package (450 ml) "Pizza & Pasta Sauce"
  • 1 pinch sugar, 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Metal or wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and chop coarsely. Peel onions. Cut 2 onions into quarters and remove the individual layers of onion. Put them alternately on skewers with the meat

    Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with 1-2 tsp Tabasco and 3 tbsp oil. Season with pepper. Spread the meat with it. Cover and leave to stand for about 1 hour.

    Chop 1 onion. Wash and finely dice the tomatoes. Mix both with pizza and pasta sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season to taste with Tabasco, sugar, salt and pepper. Wash parsley, chop finely and stir in

    Fry the skewers in a hot pan for about 6-8 minutes. Salt and arrange everything. Served with: Baked potatoes with sour cream
