Orange-quark cream with almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON flaked almonds
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) big orange
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few dashes of liquid sweetener
  • 1 TEASPOON Maple syrup

Directions

    Lightly roast the almonds in a small pan without fat, remove. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins.

    Mix curd cheese and mineral water. Season to taste with sweetener. Arrange curd cheese and orange fillets on a plate, sprinkle with syrup and sprinkle with almonds.
