Break chocolate into pieces. Melt in a hot water bath. Let it cool down a little. Separate egg.
Beat egg yolk and sugar until white-creamy. Stir in liquid chocolate and liqueur. Beat cream and egg white separately until stiff, fold in. Cool for approx. 4 hours.
Peel oranges including the white skin. Cut out fillets between the parting skins. Halve the cherries. Layer fruits, pistachios and almonds with the mousse in glasses. Decorate with orange peel and star anise
