Omelette with minced leek filling

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 250 g Leeks (leek)
  • 1 TEASPOON Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Clean the leek, cut into rings, wash thoroughly. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for about 6 minutes. Add leek after about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in yoghurt, bring to the boil and keep warm

    Whisk the eggs and season with salt. Heat a pan (24 cm Ø), spread with oil, add the eggs and let them set. Put the omelette on a plate and fill with chopped leek
