Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 knife tip Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Mint

Directions

    Stir eggs and quark until smooth, season with curry, salt and pepper. Pluck mint leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Stir into the egg and quark mixture

    Heat a coated pan and add the egg mixture. Fry over a low heat to make an omelette. Turn once
