Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 100 g Pine nuts
  • 500 g Minimozzarella balls
  • 250 g Olives (green + black)
  • 1–2 Branches of rosemary
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp pepper, salt

Directions

    Roast the seeds. Drain cheese and olives. Wash the rosemary, pluck. Peel garlic. Chop both.

    Mix everything with 100 ml oil. Pepper and salt if necessary. Covered at least.

    Chill for 4 hours. To bring along e.g. in alarm clocks.

    fill glasses.
