Ingredients

  • 80 g Arugula
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 2 (150 g each) Rolls of goat's cream cheese
  • 2 Apples (about 150 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Hazelnut flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 TSP Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp dark balsamic cream
  • baking paper

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the arugula. Wash the thyme and remove the leaves. Halve the bacon slices. Cut goat cheese into 16 slices.

    Preheat the grill of the oven. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Wash the apples, cut out the core. Cut apples into 8 thick slices and place them on the baking tray. Cover each with 2 cheese slices, thyme, nuts and 1 piece of bacon.

    Season with pepper and honey. Bake under the grill for 3-5 minutes. Serve on rocket salad with balsamic cream. Serve with baguette.
